Concentration problems

Quite a lot of people suffer from concentration problems. This does not necessarily mean you have some kind of disease (such as eg. CFS, chronic fatigue syndrome), you are depressed, or suffering from ADD or ADHD.

People may have concentration problems doing lots of activities. Especially for students, this constitutes a huge problem. Because concentration problems may lead to study failure. And if not, they are at least extremely disturbing, maybe causing mistakes to occur and a lot of time to get lost.

According to the views of LTA personal development, concentration problems are caused by unconscious programmings or ‘patterns’ that are stored around a person.
These programmings have a content, such as eg.:

A compulsion to think of something else.
You cannot concentrate.
You are always distracted.
There are always thoughts.
You think of something else.
Your attention shifts to theme X, you keep on thinking of that and you cannot let it go anymore.
Etc.

By destroying these patterns, the LTA method will help a person to concentrate in a normal way. Concentration problems are often very easy to solve.

In case of ADHD and ADD concentration problems occur as a result of a chemical disorder in the brain function. According to the views of the LTA method, this disorder is also caused by unconscious patterns.
An example of such a pattern could be:

“There is an increased voltage in the brain, modifying conduction towards the various brain cells. The voltage controls cell metabolism. Changes in voltage cause changes in brain cell metabolism. A chemical substance is created in the brain cells, destroying another substance in the brain cells, so that the contact between brain cells is broken.”

When the various patterns causing ADD or ADHD are destroyed, these diseases can be cured. However, whereas ordinary patterns causing concentration problems, can be eliminated easily, the patterns causing chemical disorders can only be fully destroyed on a long term. Nevertheless, many people do show short-term improvements with respect to multiple symptoms related to ADD or ADHD.

Example of a pattern with the CFS disease, chronic fatigue syndrome:

A chemical substance is not entirely developed, the pattern contains the formula of the substance that is not properly formed. This has caused a situation of instability in the substance and the substance reacts to other chemical substances in the body, in order to obtain stability. This way, the other chemical substances, which are essential, are broken down. Now, as there is a lack of these chemical substances, a lot of chemical processes in the body no longer occur the way they should.
