Hyperventilation

Hyperventilation constitutes a problem that is hard to solve for traditional medicine. For alternative therapies it is different: they can solve it to a smaller or larger extent. For LTA Personal Development it is often very easy to help people suffering from hyperventilation and to eliminate their complaints completely for once and for all.

According to the LTA method, a person starts hyperventilating because in his or her subconscious mind there are programmings or ‘patterns’ accelerating the respiratory rhythm. These patterns are stored in a material form in and around a person.

A pattern causing hyperventilation could be: ‘if you are nervous, you should breathe fast’. This first pattern then activates a second pattern causing the respiratory rhythm to accelerate. The second pattern contains for example an image of a chest going up and down in an accelerated rhythm and the rhythm of expansion and contraction that is imposed upon the lungs. This way, the person will automatically follow the respiratory rhythm that is indicated in the pattern and will start hyperventilating.

Another example of an unconscious programming of hyperventilation is:
‘A pattern in first instance contains the rhythm of a normal breathing. Then the pattern contains an idea that in case of stress, panic, fear, fatigue, hormonal fluctuations etc., the respiratory rhythm changes. A signal is transmitted from the brain to the lungs and the chest, so that the respiratory rhythm is changed, the rhythm is accelerated. The respiratory rhythm will only slow down, as the feeling of stress, panic etc. will disappear. If not, the accelerated rhythm will continue.’

By destroying these patterns causing the hyperventilation, the LTA technique will eliminate the problems.
