We feel lonely when there is no one we have a close bond with or when there is no one who cares about us. When we have to deal with the day-to-day worries all by ourselves. We may be surrounded by several people, but if all the people around us focus mainly on their own problems we are lonely anyway.
A person may also feel lonely when he or she feels inhibited to make contacts. That is what happens, for instance, with autistic persons. Or when somebody feels different from the rest or feels misunderstood, as a result of which this person does not feel at ease in a group.
We may also feel lonely when an unconscious programming gives us that feeling although the situation in which we live does not give us any reason to feel that way.
According to the views of LTA Personal Development, we are lonely when there is a pattern in our subconscious mind that dictates things to be like that. No matter in which of the above situations a person may find himself, this person would not feel lonely if there was no programming in the subconscious mind that causes those situations and feelings.
.
If there is a programming such as: ‘other persons are indifferent to you, you are not important to anybody’, this programming will cause the development of such a situation. If there is a programming such as: ‘you feel so lonely’, that person will indeed feel lonely irrespective of the situation in which he/she finds him/herself. If a person is completely alone and feels lonely as a result of it, there is a first programming that causes this person to be alone. It is this programming that creates this situation. There is also a second programming of the feeling of loneliness that is activated by the situation. Another person may be all alone too, without feeling lonely. In the latter case there is no pattern of loneliness in the subconscious mind, which may be activated by that situation.
By removing the programmings in the subconscious mind, all the above-mentioned situations and feelings can be dealt with once and for all.
You can read on this site how we do this with LTA Personal Development.
