Stress

Even if you have a lot of stress at work, at school, at home or anywhere else, what counts is the way you approach stress.
There are people who are thrown off balance and who feel frustrated by every minor incident. Others are stronger and are more resistant to stress. In this category of people stress only has an effect when they are confronted with more serious incidents.

There are also people who are highly resistant to stress. Whatever happens, they are able to view the situation objectively without all those negative feelings that are experienced by stress-prone people. They are able to take the right action to steer the situation in the best possible direction.

We can only admire people like that. But, as a matter of fact, we could all act the same way. Everybody who gets LTA Personal Development Treatment can reach a very high degree of stress resistance.

When a person is prone to stress, this is dictated by the subconscious mind. According to the insights of LTA, the way in which we think, act and feel, our talents, success, our living conditions and our health are all determined by a subconscious programming. Negative things are caused by what we call patterns; positive things are caused by what we call energies. An example of a dictation or a pattern is: ‘it is too much, you cannot cope, you will not be able to get it right, things will go wrong, what will your boss think of it’. A behaviour that results from an energy is, for instance: making an objective assessment of the situation, making a judicious assessment of your ability to do something about it. Taking the action that is within your reach. If it concerns something that is beyond your possibilities, report it or ask other people for help without feeling fear or shame. If something doesn’t work out well, accept it without unpleasant feelings. And strike out on a new course from there on.
